FCP+ meets once a week, with two options:

• Tuesdays

• 9:00 PM – 12:00 PM OR 12:00 PM — 2:45 PM

Families select their preferred time during registration. Please have children eat before arriving in the afternoon, so they’re ready to jump in.

Sample Weekly Rhythm:

• 12:00 – 12:10 – Welcome Circle & Hello Time

• 12:10 – 1:05 – Core Block (STEM, Social Studies)

• 1:05 – 1:35 – Snack & Break (Free Play / Movement)

• 1:35 – 2:30 – Elective Block (Art, Music, Sports, Gardening, & more)

• 2:30 – 2:45 – Closing Circle & Goodbye 

Tagalongs: Younger siblings are welcome to accompany an older sibling. They stay in the same room for free play, with the option for parents to provide structured activities.

Class Structure

Built around FCP’s values—balancing rhythm, engagement, and rest—our classes support natural attention spans, foster connection, and keep learning playful.

Core Block

Academic-focused unit, to deepen curiosity and supplement homeschool learning. (STEM, Social Studies)

Elective Block

Hands-on, creative electives—Art, Music, Sports, Gardening, and more.

• Parent-led, rotating every 6 weeks
• Each family teaches 2-3 units per year
• Support and guidance provided for new teachers

Tuition for FCP+ is the same as the Playgroup Co-Op. Additional material fees may arise during the year if a class chooses extra curriculum or special projects.

Tuition:
$275 for one class per week for the first child enrolled + $50 each

Additional children may qualify for discounted rates, depending on their enrollment status (see sibling discounts below).

Classes run from September to June and follow the Moorestown School District Calendar.

Tuition Payment:
All tuition balances are due by May 31, 2026. Payments are non-refundable once classes have been assigned.

A processing fee will be applied to online payments and is reflected in the total at checkout.

We provide the tools you need to create engaging activities each week:

• Arts & crafts supplies 

• Music toys 

• Manipulatives for early learning 

• Free play toys

• Gym equipment 

All materials are available to members, ensuring you have what’s needed for a fun, educational environment.

We do not offer core Language Arts or Math instruction. These subjects are highly individualized, so families choose the curriculum that best fits their child. FCP+ focuses on enriching studies in science, history, and electives. 

• Class Coordinator – First point of contact for logistics and support
• Homeschool Liaison – Oversees planning and family engagement
• Director of FCP – Guides the full Playgroup & FCP+ programs

Volunteer-led and community-powered, FCP+ is not a drop-off program. It’s a collaborative family of homeschoolers who share responsibility, ideas, and care.

Class placement is based on availability and age. Families indicate their preferred day on the Enrollment Form. After forms and fees are collected, placements are made in August.
